Definitions

In this Agreement, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "xwx88" or "Platform" refers to the online gaming platform operated at xwx88.pro and all associated services, products, applications, and features offered thereunder.
• "User" or "Player" means any individual who has registered an account on the xwx88 platform or who accesses any xwx88 service.
• "Account" means the registered user account held by a Player on the xwx88 platform, including the associated PKR wallet, gaming history, and account settings.
• "PKR Wallet" means the Pakistani Rupee (PKR) denominated balance held within a Player's xwx88 account, including both deposited funds and any credited bonus funds (where applicable).
• "Real Money Balance" means the portion of a Player's PKR Wallet derived from actual deposits, as distinct from bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins equivalent credits, or other incentive amounts credited to a Player's account subject to separate promotional terms and wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total amount a Player must wager using Bonus Funds before those funds become eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• "Services" means all games, betting markets, payment facilities, customer support, and other features provided by xwx88.
• "Applicable Law" means any law, regulation, or regulatory guidance applicable to xwx88's operations as relevant to the jurisdiction in which the Platform operates.

Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or use any xwx88 service. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older. xwx88 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Accounts confirmed to belong to persons under 18 will be closed immediately and any balance within the account will be forfeited.

2.2 Registration Requirements

To register an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full name, date of birth, email address, and Pakistan mobile number. You must not use another person's identity or contact details. xwx88 may verify the information you provide against third-party sources at any time.

2.3 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one active xwx88 account at any time. If xwx88 detects that a Player holds multiple accounts — whether registered under the same name, mobile number, email address, device ID, or household IP address — all duplicate accounts will be closed. Any bonuses obtained through duplicate accounts will be voided. The Player may also be permanently barred from the platform.

2.4 Jurisdictional Restrictions

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of xwx88 is lawful in your country or territory of residence. xwx88 does not accept registrations from persons located in jurisdictions where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law. It is your responsibility to determine whether your use of xwx88 is legal in your jurisdiction before registering.

2.5 KYC Verification

xwx88 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification as required. KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed. You may be required to provide a copy of a government-issued identity document (such as a Pakistan CNIC or passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC to xwx88's satisfaction will result in withdrawal requests being held pending completion.

Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your xwx88 login credentials — including your username, password, and two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. xwx88 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. Any activity conducted through your account using your valid credentials will be treated as authorised by you.

3.2 Suspected Unauthorised Access

If you suspect that your xwx88 account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify xwx88 immediately by contacting [email protected]. xwx88 will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily suspending your account pending resolution. xwx88 is not liable for losses resulting from a failure to adequately secure your account credentials.

3.3 Account Information Accuracy

You must keep your account information current and accurate at all times. If your email address, Pakistan mobile number, or payment details change, you must update your account promptly. xwx88 uses your registered contact details to send important account notifications including transaction confirmations, security alerts, and compliance requests.

3.4 Closing Your Account

You may request to close your xwx88 account at any time by contacting xwx88 customer support. Any Real Money Balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to KYC verification completion and any applicable withdrawal conditions. Bonus Funds not yet meeting wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

xwx88 currently accepts PKR deposits and processes PKR withdrawals via the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast (HBL, UBL, MCB Bank), SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. Payment method availability may change from time to time. The current list of accepted payment methods is displayed in the Deposit section of your xwx88 account.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is 200 PKR. There is no maximum deposit limit set by xwx88, though individual payment methods may impose their own limits. Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits post to your xwx88 PKR Wallet within seconds of payment confirmation. Bank transfer and USDT deposits may take longer depending on network conditions.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where operationally possible. xwx88 aims to process all withdrawal requests within 24 hours of submission. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals typically complete within 30–60 minutes once processed. Bank transfers may take one to three business days depending on your Pakistan bank's processing schedule. USDT TRC20 withdrawals depend on blockchain confirmation times.

4.4 Currency

All xwx88 transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). xwx88 does not charge currency conversion fees. Any fees imposed by your payment provider (Easypaisa, JazzCash, HBL, etc.) are outside xwx88's control and are the responsibility of the Player.

4.5 Suspicious Transactions

xwx88 is obligated to monitor transactions for potential money laundering, fraud, and other financial crime under applicable law. xwx88 reserves the right to delay, block, or report suspicious transactions. If your transaction is flagged for review, you may be required to provide additional documentation before funds are released.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, promotional offers, free spins, and loyalty rewards offered by xwx88 are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion in addition to the general conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and this Agreement, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds credited to your account must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before they can be withdrawn. The Wagering Requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in the relevant promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the specified time limit — unused bonus funds will be removed from your account upon expiry of the relevant promotion period.

5.3 Eligible Games

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, table games, and certain video poker variants may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10% contribution) compared to slots (typically 100% contribution). The contribution rates for each game category are specified in the applicable promotion terms. Placing bets on non-contributing games will not count toward your wagering requirement.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

xwx88 reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings derived from them if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, exploiting mathematical arbitrage through low-risk betting strategies, engaging in coordinated betting with other Players to guarantee outcomes, or using bots or automated systems to meet wagering requirements.

5.5 Withdrawal Order

Where a Player holds both a Real Money Balance and Bonus Funds in their xwx88 PKR Wallet, withdrawals will be processed from the Real Money Balance first. Bonus Funds that have met their wagering requirements are then eligible for withdrawal. Bonus Funds that have not met their wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn and will not be converted to Real Money.

Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Integrity

All casino games offered by xwx88 — including slots, live dealer tables, video poker, and specialty games — use Random Number Generators (RNGs) or genuine physical probability (in the case of live dealer games) that are independently certified by recognised testing laboratories. xwx88 does not manipulate game outcomes. RTP (Return to Player) figures for all games are published and available within the game information panels in the xwx88 Casino lobby.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

All sports betting markets on xwx88 — including Test Cricket, Esports, and Cockfighting — are governed by the specific sport or market rules applicable to each betting type. Market results are determined by official results from recognised governing bodies where applicable. xwx88 reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious pricing errors, system errors, or where match integrity concerns arise.

6.3 Technical Failures

In the event of a technical failure during a game or betting session — including disconnections, server errors, or software malfunctions — xwx88 will use all reasonable efforts to resolve the situation fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical failure, the bet amount will be returned to the Player's PKR Wallet. xwx88 is not liable for losses resulting from network failures outside its direct control, including Pakistan ISP outages or mobile network interruptions.

6.4 Disputed Results

If you wish to dispute a game or betting result, you must contact xwx88 customer support within 72 hours of the result being displayed in your account. Disputes submitted after this window will not be considered. xwx88 will investigate all disputes in good faith using game server logs and external data sources as applicable.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the xwx88 platform. Engagement in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any communication with xwx88.
• Creating or using more than one xwx88 account, including accounts registered under a different name, email address, or mobile number.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to play games, place bets, or meet wagering requirements.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or pricing anomalies for financial gain.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other Players, or any form of coordinated betting designed to guarantee outcomes.
• Using the xwx88 platform to launder money, finance terrorism, or conduct any other financial crime.
• Charging back or reversing any deposit made to your xwx88 account through your payment provider without prior authorisation from xwx88.
• Accessing the xwx88 platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited.
• Allowing or facilitating a person under 18 years of age to access your xwx88 account or use xwx88 services.

Responsible Gaming

8.1 Our Commitment

• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from gaming for a minimum period of six months. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the exclusion period under any circumstances.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

If you believe your gaming has become harmful or is causing distress, please activate self-exclusion immediately from your account settings or contact xwx88 support at [email protected]. Self-exclusion is permanent for the selected duration and cannot be overridden by promotional offers or customer requests during the active exclusion window. xwx88 takes self-exclusion requests with the utmost seriousness.

Intellectual Property

All content on the xwx88 platform — including but not limited to software, game logic, graphics, logos, brand names, text, page layouts, audio, and video — is the intellectual property of xwx88 or its licensed third-party game providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the xwx88 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You must not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any xwx88 content without prior written authorisation from xwx88.

Third-party game content — including game titles, graphics, and audio from providers such as Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and others — remains the intellectual property of the respective providers and is used by xwx88 under licence. Any unauthorised use of third-party game content is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, xwx88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity — arising from your use of the xwx88 platform.

xwx88's total aggregate liability to you in connection with this Agreement or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money deposited by you and held in your xwx88 PKR Wallet at the time the relevant claim arises.

xwx88 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or third-party infrastructure failures (including Pakistan telecommunications networks) may result in temporary unavailability of services. xwx88 will make reasonable efforts to minimise disruption and will notify users of planned maintenance periods where practicable.

xwx88 provides the platform and all services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, beyond those which cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Account Suspension & Termination

11.1 Suspension by xwx88

xwx88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations involving: breach of this Agreement, suspected fraud or financial crime, failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe, regulatory requirements, or where continued access poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other Players.

11.2 Notification

Where operationally practicable and not prohibited by applicable law or regulatory requirement, xwx88 will notify the Player of a suspension via their registered email address. In cases involving suspected fraud, money laundering, or law enforcement requests, xwx88 may be required to suspend an account without prior notice.

11.3 Balance on Suspension

Where an account is suspended for reasons other than fraud or financial crime, any Real Money Balance held in the account will be processed for return to the Player after investigation, subject to KYC completion and verification that the balance was obtained through legitimate gaming activity. Where fraud or financial crime is confirmed, balances may be frozen pending investigation and any applicable legal proceedings.

Amendments to This Agreement

xwx88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace this Agreement at any time. Material changes to this Agreement will be notified to registered Players via the email address on their account at least 14 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required for legal or regulatory compliance reasons.

The current version of this Agreement — including its effective date and version number — is always available on this page. Your continued use of the xwx88 platform after any amendment has taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept any amendment, you should close your account before the amendment's effective date.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. xwx88 makes no representation that the services offered through the platform are appropriate or lawful in any particular jurisdiction outside of the markets in which xwx88 is authorised to operate.

In the event of a dispute between you and xwx88 that cannot be resolved through good-faith communication with xwx88 customer support, you may escalate the matter by submitting a written complaint to [email protected]. xwx88 will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within five business days and aim to provide a full written response within 28 calendar days.

xwx88 encourages Players to attempt to resolve complaints directly with the support team before pursuing any other avenue. The vast majority of account and transaction queries raised by Pakistan players are resolved within 24–48 hours through the standard customer support channel.
